Prepress refers to the processes that happen between the creation of a print layout plan and the final printing. Design and layout is carried out in-house in consultation with clients who can also opt to provide their own artwork.
Perfection Print accepts the following formats: Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, JPG, PDF, Freehand, PageMaker, InDesign, Fireworks, PublisherWord Document (text only).
Die Cutting and Gluing
Die cutting is an effective way of cutting out large print runs to any shape that you may require. We are then able to glue these to your requirements, providing an exceptional finish.
Laminations is the process of placing any form of substrate between two layers of plastic and joining them together using heat or pressure. Here at Perfection Print lamination is available for most sizes of media.
Perfection Print produce their own plates direct from computer to plate (CTP) and can offer this service to other printers – 5 days a week. If you are stuck for plates for an urgent weekend job, just give us a call.
Colour printing and Digital Printing
Perfection Print has a 5-colour Komor, 4-colour GTO, 1-colour A2 Kord, and 1-colour GTO and uses the latest digital printing technologies. Our presses are capable of printing up to 510 X 720mm and run five days a week from 8:30am to 6pm.
Foil and Embossing
The company offer both cold press and heat embossing, the latter being the process of adding powder to the embossing area and passing it through a heater which gives it a different loo
